Just in time for fall cleaning, Keep Cobb Beautiful staff is hosting a large community recycling event 9 a.m.-1 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 10, at Jim Miller Park. You will be able to have papers securely shredded and recycle electronics, household textiles, polystyrene and other materials.
This event will also serve as the kickoff of the Hefty Energy Bag Program. Bring your hard-to-recycle items, such as plastic shopping bags, plastic straws and stir sticks, clean foam egg cartons and foam packing peanuts. To view the event flyer, click here.
